Solo Funds Regulatory Compliance
All lending partners in our network are required to hold valid state lending licenses in the states where they operate and to comply with applicable federal consumer protection law, including the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and the Military Lending Act (MLA). We do not work with lenders who operate outside of regulatory compliance or who engage in predatory lending practices.
If you experience a problem with a lender you connected with through our platform, we encourage you to contact the CFPB at consumerfinance.gov/complaint or your state’s financial regulatory agency. You can also contact us directly through our contact page and we will do our best to assist.
Our Solo Funds Platform Limitations
We are a marketplace, not a lender, financial advisor, or attorney. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Loan approval, interest rates, and terms are determined entirely by our lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a loan offer or that any offer will meet your needs. We strongly encourage all borrowers to read the complete loan agreement provided by their chosen lending partner before accepting any offer.
